Jenny Collier aka "Mrs. SKATES"

Jenny has been involved in the skating world for over 27 years. Growing up, she competed both in artistic and speed skating. After taking a long hiatus from the sport she discovered her love of roller derby while living in Orange County, California in 2007. After relocating to her hometown of Tulsa she founded the Tulsa Derby League in 2008. Personally, she is a mother of two young children and the wife of Court Collier. They own and operate SKATES Roller Skating Entertainment Center which is home of the Tulsa Derby League.

Rowdy Piper

Amy had on her first pair of skates at 10 months old. Her Mother is a former world champion artistic skater/coach. Her Father is a former artistic skater/speed coach who has managed several roller rinks.  During her career she acquired several regional and national championship medals, competed on the US World Team, and spent three years coaching before she decided to hang up her skates. Two years ago "Rowdy Piper" was born as she became an Orange County Roller Girl in California. She relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma where she became a crucial part of the Tulsa Derby League. She will continue her derby mission by sharing her knowledge and love for the game on the track.

Court Collier aka "SKATES"
Head Coach

Court has been around skating rinks and competitive skating his entire life. Growing up with parents as rink owners and World renowned artistic skating coaches he began competing at the young age of 3. Court has competed in Artistic skating, Speed skating and Inline Hockey. With over 10 national gold medals and 3 Jr. World Championship medals Court brings his knowledge and experience of skating to the world of Flat Track Roller Derby.

From sunny California we bring to you, Nathan aka: Windbreaker, whom is a self taught jam/speed skater. By skating sessions with huge crowds of children & adults, Nathan learned his quick feet and agility. Heck avoiding children with crazy legs is a real challenge!  Nathan is also married to our Assistant Coach/Player, Rowdy Piper, and after sitting on the sidelines for 2 years, Nathan has not only learned the game but has picked up a whistle and started reffing derby bouts as a jam ref & inside pack ref. Nathan has also developed a good eye and knowledge about different blocking & jamming techniques. This is where Nathan shines with his abilities as not only as a coach & player, but also as a great ref.
